The charity has the general aim of improving the quality of life and standard of living within its catchment area and of reducing social exclusion.
The charity's core function is the collection of donated furniture items and their redistribution to people in need.
An important, additional benefit of the scheme is the diversion of a significant amount of material from landfill which contributes to an enhanced environment for all residents.
Through these activities the charity is able to offer a considerable public benefit.
